Site Coordinator Youth Programs

Deep’s Site Coordinator, Youth Programs is responsible for the effective implementation of Deep’s introductory Young Author Project (YAP) programming at middle and high school partner sites. The Site Coordinator is responsible for implementation of transformative creative writing and social justice programming for youth, schools, and communities with a variety of needs. Whether working on-site at schools or at sites in the community, the Site Coordinator guides youth and partner sites as they support critical literacy and healing centered pedagogy through the written word.

The Site Coordinator, Youth Programs is a 10-month (August-May), 40 hour a week position that is paid hourly. (Rate of pay is $21.60/hr). To see the full description, click HERE.

Manager, Youth Programs

Deep’s Program Manager role is a salaried full-time position (40 hours/week) based out of the Deep Center office in Savannah, GA. The Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Youth Programs and is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading youth creative writing and leadership programs.

The Manager, Youth Programs is a 40 hour a week position that with a salary band of  $48,000 – $50,000 – commensurate with experience. To see the full description, click HERE.

Associate Director, Restorative Practices & Culture

Deep Center’s Associate Director of Restorative Practices & Culture is a 40 hour/week salaried position that reports directly to the Director of Restorative Practices and Culture. The Associate Director functions as a facilitator, curriculum designer, coach, and champion for growth, healing, and transformation of systems by and through individuals. The work will primarily be with adults, but may be informed by and in partnership with young people. The person in this position draws on their knowledge of the inner workings of schools and other youth-serving institutions as well as the principles of  equity-centered restorative justice and trauma-informed practices to design learning activities and support specific changes within schools

Deep Center’s Associate Director of Restorative Practices & Culture is a 40 hour/week salaried position with a band of $50,000 – $55,000 a year. To see the full position, click HERE.
